Fondant (65%) (sugar, glucose syrup, water), dark chocolate (25%) (cocoa mass Santo Domingo, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin) natural vanilla flavouring), glycerine, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), natural violet flavouring, rose oil (sunflower oil, rose essential oil), natural colours (cocoa butter, rice protein, colours (beetroot red, anthocyanins), acidity regulators (potassium hydroxide, citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid)).
Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 69% minimum.
