The chocolate is carefully and ethically sourced from sustainable cacao plantations. Making a positive impact by directly benefiting the farmers and their communities, preserving the regenerative methods passed down through generations, yielding the most beautiful natural cacao and supporting the conservation of nature and local wildlife.
Packed in a limited edition tin illustrated by Jade Antoine, depicting the biodiverse agroforestry fields at their organic farm in the Cotswolds.
Ingredients :Shortbread (59%) (wheat flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salted butter (milk, salt), sugar, ground rice), milk chocolate (41%) (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), vanilla extract).
Minimum cocoa solids in milk chocolate 40.5%, minimum milk solids in milk chocolate 19%.
Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 58% minimum.
