Our Affiliate Marketing Process in the Shop

Many brands offer an affiliate marketing programme to help them sell their products. As part of our careful curation process we may choose to join a brand's affiliate programme if they meet our rigorous requirements.

So when you make a purchase as a direct result of clicking on a link on AteliersVerts.com we may receive a small commission in return, from the brand. The commission amount varies from brand to brand. It's usually only a few percent and in no way does it affect the customer nor our commitment to pay 1% For The Planet.

Our Affiliate Marketing Process in The Magazine

In Ateliers Verts - The Magazine we often feature articles on say the Top Ten products in a particular category. E.g. The Top Ten Eco Sneakers. The links associated to each sneaker will take you back to the Shop and possible affiliate links.

Similarly editorial on particular subjects e.g, circularity in the carpet industry, may have links to companies who may feature products on our site from which we may also derive some affiliate revenue.

Other Revenue

Some brands may not have an affiliate programme so we may have a direct agreement with them to promote their products for which we receive a commission.

Physical Stock

Part of the process of being an affiliate is that you do not carry physical stock of the products. So products ordered from AteliersVerts.com are shipped via the brand's distribution network - in that way the customer is protected by their guarantees.

Transparency

It is important that we are transparent in our affiliate process, in the same way as we expect the brand owners on our platform to be transparent about their sustainability claims. Without affiliate and direct commission we would be unable to provide the free service that we provide our customers

Similarly without this revenue we would be unable to support our membership of 1% for The Planet.
