Our Thai Chef’s Growbar is packed with seeds for a trio of distinctively flavoured herbs and spices that form the building blocks of many Thai dishes. Lemon Grass has a subtle, sweet lemon flavour, and is ideal for using whole or finely chopped in fragrant pastes. Feisty birds-eye chillies bring their fiery heat and fruity taste to curries, salads and noodle dishes and Thai basil adds a spiced liquorice-like flavour to classic green and red curries.

Our Indian Chef’s Bar is an essential collection of herbs and spices, guaranteed to elevate and enhance your culinary creations. Cumin adds depth and earthy tones to curries and dahls, vibrant red Kashmiri chillies provide a smoky warmth, and fresh, green coriander will bring a floral, citrusy flourish and authentic flavour to Indian dishes.

Our Chinese Chef’s bar is packed with seeds for traditional green vegetables to create authentic and exciting culinary creations. Chinese chives bring a fresh, mild garlic flavour, Chinese celery is well known for its pungent, peppery leaves, and Tatsoi’s mild mustard flavour makes it just perfect for stir-fries.

Growbars are easy to grow, exciting seed collections, nestled in fertile coir bars, carefully created and packaged by our small team in South London. Growbar is 100% eco-friendly. Our card packaging can be widely recycled, the recyclable film wrap is made from sugar cane waste, and coir is a sustainable alternative to peat that’s made with coconut fibres.
