Hector has been lovingly handmade in France by talented seamstresses. Hector's outer fabric is made from 80% Organic Cotton and 20% polyester and the stuffing is polyester.
The fabric and embroidery is OEKO-TEX 100 certified, and her EN71-1, EN71-2 and EN71-3 and US CPSIA certifications, make her safe for kids.
