The Provenance
The Giusti family have been producing Balsamic Vinegar in Modena, Italy since 1605, which makes them the worlds longest serving producer. Their seventeen generations of expertise are refined in their ancient barrels.
Born from the encounter of Giusti 3 Gold Medals and truffles, this dense condiment is mellow, intense and persistent. The dehydrated black truffle is infused within wooden casks containing Balsamic Vinegar, until a complete balance of flavours.
