Description

The Giusti family have been producing Balsamic Vinegar in Modena, Italy since 1605, which makes them the worlds longest serving producer. Their seventeen generations of expertise are refined in their ancient barrels.

Upon a request from the late tenor, Luciano Pavarotti for a charity auction, the Giusti family created the “Scrigno”, a precious wooden box containing the entire historical collection in the classic “Champagnotta” bottle, alongside five premium condiments with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged in single barrels of oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry and juniper.

The Giusti family is the oldest balsamic vinegar maker in Italy, passing down four centuries of artisanal know-how and Modenese customs through the generations. Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is still refined today following ancient family recipes and is synonymous with quality, tradition, and a continuous commitment to innovation.
