Description
We at Bjorn Bikes are as passionate about riding as we are about producing an environmentally sustainable bike.
Each Bjorn frame is produced using 60% recycled stainless steel and all the tubes are cut with diamond wire to minimize waste. The alloy forks are painted with eco-friendly paint and decals. The grips are 100% recycled rubber.
All frames are packaged in 100% recycled cardboard boxes and use no plastic packing materials. The bikes are shipped by sea in order to heavily reduce on carbon emissions and we offset any emissions that are an unavoidable result of manufacturing and shipping.
Our geometry design uses a shorter stem than the average bike combined with a longer top tube. The result is the same reach as a conventional frame but more stability from the slacker headtube angle.
