Spec: Fully lined in calfskin, built with the Goodyear welt construction with a double-stitched storm welt for longevity. (These boots can be resoled again and again) stitched in a contrast cotton thread, with cotton laces, on a leather sole with a slim rubber outsole’ added for grip and British weather.

Penelope Chilvers reviews each leather tannery’s sustainable credentials and whether they are part of Leather Working Group to indicate what standards are being kept. They select Silver or Gold standard leather from LWG Certified Suppliers.
