L'Opaline Rosé 2025 - Pure Provence

Description

In the heart of the Var, between the Sainte Baume and La Loube massifs, this rosé captures the essence of its Mediterranean terroir.

Set on a clay-limestone plateau at an altitude of 360 m, the vineyards benefit from a perfect climate for wines that are both fresh and fruity. This rosé is a real bet on the future: certified organic from the outset, it goes even further by respecting the planet. The lightweight bottle, label, cap and carton are made from recycled, locally sourced and sustainable materials. Made from 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 15% Cinsault, this rosé is distinguished by its balance. It is vinified separately for each grape variety, in a gentle manner, to age all the freshness of the fruit. With its soft pink colour, it seduces on the nose with its aromas of melon, redcurrant, pomelo and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it's full-bodied and crisp, with a lovely freshness that enhances its fruity notes. A rosé to savour, simple, elegant and respectful of the environment.
