Edward Donald Founder & Managing Director of Natural Shoots has devised a unique system to divert thousands of paper and plastic shotgun cartridges from landfills or incineration every year.

He collects them from more than 150 locations around the UK and fills them with premium grade, fully-traceable native meadow flower seeds.
About 20% of the seed range is harvested using shire horses and an innovative collecting buggy designed to protect pollinators and invertebrates from harm during the seed collecting process.
Typically shotgun cases are considered as single-use items that are disposed of so Edward Donalds' mission is the epitome of "Save, Upcycle, Repurpose"
Edward says "Thanks to a unique methodology developed by us, we intervene at the point of use, collect the cases, clean them, and manufacture them using a design-protected process that ensures nothing goes to waste."

He partners with many organisations including Women Who Work in Rural, Wildlife Estates Scotland as well as EJ Churchill, and Holland and Holland to collect and upcycle used paper and plastic shot gun cases.
Thank you Edward, and we're delighted to be a retail partner for your admirable Natural Shoots initiative.
We think they make a lovely eco-conscious gift: See Them Here
