The Benefits of each Greens are:

Broccoli - is teeming with the antioxidant sulforaphane, so much so, that they have 50 times more than their fully-grown adult counterparts. They’re also a fabulous source of dietary fibre and protein, vitamins; A,B,C, E & K, and minerals calcium, iron,  magnesium, zinc, and potassium. Not bad for a Teeny Greeny!

China Rose Radish - Purple radish Microgreens contain… vitamins A, B, C, E and K, alongside iron, magnesium and zinc. Then there’s phosphorus, potassium, and plenty of protein (30%).  They’re also chock a block with calcium, carotene and chlorophyll, not to mention antioxidants and amino acids.

Daikon Radish - Purple radish Microgreens contain… vitamins A, B, C, E and K, alongside iron, magnesium and zinc. Then there’s phosphorus, potassium, and plenty of protein (30%).  They’re also chock a block with calcium, carotene, chlorophyll, antioxidants and amino acids.

Kale - is a leaf that is loaded with goodness. In just one cupful you can enjoy well over the adult recommended daily allowance of vitamins A, C and K, giving significant benefits for both brain and eye health.

Pak Choi - has a slightly sweet, robust flavour. It’s an absolute power green containing vitamin C, E and beta-carotene. Pak Choi contains traces of the essential micronutrient – the mineral selenium, which helps certain antioxidant enzymes to work. These enzymes remove reactive oxygen species (free radicals) and so prevent oxidative damage to organs and tissues. Selenium also helps the hormone thyroxine, which regulates metabolism, and it prevents inflammation. It may decrease tumour growth and mitigates the effects of certain toxins such as mercury.

Purple Radish - Purple radish microgreens contain… vitamins A, B, C, E and K, alongside iron, magnesium and zinc. Then there’s phosphorus, potassium, and plenty of protein (30%).  They’re also chock a block with calcium, carotene and chlorophyll, not to mention antioxidants and amino acids.

Red Cabbage - Our red cabbage Microgreens are jam packed with fibre and folate, manganese and magnesium. Then there’s the thiamine, iron, calcium and potassium, not forgetting the riboflavin and vitamin K. For those suffering from disorders such as leaky gut, Coeliac disease, Crohn's disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Ulcerative Colitis, the amino acid L-glutamine in red cabbage has the ability to heal the soft tissue that lines your intestines.

Red Mizuna - aka Japanese mustard greens, native to East Asia. Part of the Brassica genus, and related to broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and Brussels sprouts. The Red Mizuna has a light mustard peppery flavour, fresh and crisp to the taste buds, but is less spicy than rocket. Another nutrient dense Mighty Microgreen, being high antioxidants and several important vitamins — especially A, C, and K. It may bolster eye, bone, and immune health, among other benefits.

Rocket - is especially rich in vitamin K and calcium, making it a key ingredient for boosting bone health. High in antioxidants, it is also shown to help protect against cancer.

Tatsoi - the young seedlings of tatsoi mustard, super easy and fast to grow. This micro-leaf has a pleasant mild flavour, is incredibly healthy; delivering vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, plus minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, chlorophyll and even iron.
