The Benefits of each Greens are:

Broccoli is teeming with the antioxidant sulforaphane, so much so, that they have 50 times more than their fully-grown adult counterparts. They’re also a fabulous source of dietary fibre and protein, vitamins; A,B,C, E & K, and minerals calcium, iron,  magnesium, zinc, and potassium. Not bad for a Teeny Greeny!

China Rose Radish - Purple radish Microgreens contain… vitamins A, B, C, E and K, alongside iron, magnesium and zinc. Then there’s phosphorus, potassium, and plenty of protein (30%).  They’re also chock a block with calcium, carotene and chlorophyll, not to mention antioxidants and amino acids.

Kale - is a leaf that is loaded with goodness. In just one cupful you can enjoy well over the adult recommended daily allowance of vitamins A, C and K, giving significant benefits for both brain and eye health.

Pak Choi - has a slightly sweet, robust flavour. It’s an absolute power green containing vitamin C, E and beta-carotene. Pak Choi contains traces of the essential micronutrient – the mineral selenium, which helps certain antioxidant enzymes to work. These enzymes remove reactive oxygen species (free radicals) and so prevent oxidative damage to organs and tissues. Selenium also helps the hormone thyroxine, which regulates metabolism, and it prevents inflammation.

Red Cabbage - Our red cabbage Microgreens are jam packed with fibre and folate, manganese and magnesium. Then there’s the thiamine, iron, calcium and potassium, not forgetting the riboflavin and vitamin K. For those suffering from disorders such as leaky gut, Coeliac disease, Crohn's disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Ulcerative Colitis, the amino acid L-glutamine in red cabbage has the ability to heal the soft tissue that lines your intestines.

Rocket - is especially rich in vitamin K and calcium, making it a key ingredient for boosting bone health. High in antioxidants.
